Indivisible Madison East is an all-volunteer organization that was formed in November 2024. Since its inception, the group has transformed from a small group of neighbors to a community-wide movement.
We work to strengthen grassroots activism by educating and empowering people to act on issues from the local and state level, all the way to the national level. Indivisible Madison East works with other local groups to make lasting change in the Madison community, Wisconsin, and nationally. If you share this common purpose, join us!

Through civic engagement, collective action, and community partnerships, Indivisible Madison East works locally to build a movement that pushes back against authoritarianism, upholds democracy, and centers power where it should be — with the people.
How We Win
Indivisible’s mission is to bring a diverse set of people and beliefs under a single banner to oppose President Trump and MAGA’s threat to American democracy. By building an inclusive tent based on democratic principles, we can build a network of trust and action in our community. We tap into this network to take small and large actions against the everyday threats to our democracy. We believe the power is in the people when the people are united. Join us in the fight.
